Medical Outpatient Buildings, Specialty Clinics, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Inpatient Rehabilitation Centers & Behavioral Health Facilities

We have four types of funds available with the following criteria:


Large Properties or Portfolios – US: Class A; Single or Multi-tenant; strong tenant credit rating, 8+year lease terms with annual increases in rent. Minimum price of $20,000,000.00 – No limit.


Medium-Sized Properties or Portfolios – US: Class A- B+; Single or Multi-tenant; strong tenant credit; 3 – 20 year lease term with market rent bumps. Value-add & Stabilized. Priced $5,000,000.00 – $20,000,000.00 each.


Small propertiesTop 50 MSA: Class A+ – B+; Single tenant; National or Regional credit. Absolute NNN; 8+ year lease term with market rent bumps. Minimum price of $3,000,000.


Medical/Retail. Single or Multi-tenant Properties or Portfolios – Entire US: Class A+ – B+; strong tenant credit; 5-20 year lease term with market rent bumps. NNN & Absolute Net; Value-add & Stabilized. Priced $5,000,000.00 – $20,000,000.00 each.


Bio Life Science – Select Markets: Class A; Single tenant preferred; strong tenant credit; 10- 20 year lease term with annual rent bumps. NNN & Absolute Net. Smaller prices may be considered. Priced $15,000,000.00 and up.


Development Sponsor Equity or JV – Select Markets: DeNovo facilities for Developers/Investors with demonstrated history and strong credit tenants.
