Derrick D. Bracks is the Managing Director, Capital Markets – Healthcare/Life Science for Stealth Realty Advisors, LLC. Derrick is based in the corporate office in Houston, TX, and is responsible for qualifying acquisition opportunities for the Company’s partners and clients.  Only less than a year after starting with Stealth Realty Advisors, LLC, Derrick was nominated as a Top Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate for 2022 through his impact in the industry as the result of being part of $100 million in closings.

Derrick began his career in commercial real estate by completing the highly competitive and rigorous Capital Markets Program at CBRE in the Los Angeles North office in Glendale, CA. He quickly established his reputation as a credible, trustworthy, and results-oriented performer. As an investment sales professional, he procured multiple listings for his Senior Partners across North Los Angeles County, Bakersfield, and Fresno California.

Prior to launching his career in commercial real estate, Derrick spent several years in financial services where he held multiple SEC (FINRA) licenses and worked for some of the top global firms, like the Dutch Bank ABN AMRO, UBS and regional powerhouse Nuveen in Chicago, IL. In addition, he had a stellar career in the biopharmaceutical industry, resulting in multiple national awards where he focused on cardiovascular medicines.

Derrick received his BA in Political Science from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL and in 2020 completed an Executive Education Program in Real Estate Development and Finance from the prestigious Ross Program at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. In addition to his achievements Derrick’s hobbies are architecture photography, playing tennis, reading, and studying blues guitar. He and his wife Elena live in Houston with their cats Misha and Japhar.
