Small to Medium-Sized Properties or Portfolios Select Markets: Class A- B+; Single or Multi-tenant; strong tenant credit; 3 – 20 year lease term with market rent bumps. Value-add & Stabilized. Priced $5,000,000.00 – $20,000,000.00 each.

Large Properties or Portfolios Select Markets: Class A; Single or Multi-tenant; strong tenant credit rating, 8+year lease terms with annual increases in rent. Minimum price of $20,000,000.00 – No limit.

Life Science Select Markets: Class A; Single tenant preferred; strong tenant credit; 10- 20 year lease term with annual rent bumps. NNN & Absolute Net. Smaller prices may be considered. Priced $15,000,000.00 and up.
