Patrick Dwyer serves as the Executive Managing Director of Healthcare Real Estate Advisory and Managing Director of Capital Markets with The TICI Group of Companies. Patrick has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in healthcare real estate development and investment transactions. His main focus at the TICI Group of Companies is to implement and expand the companies’ national platform of investment and healthcare real estate transactional and advisory services to investors, owners, and developers.
Shortly after beginning his career, Patrick became a top producer while at NAI Ohio Equities (commercial real estate brokerage in Columbus, OH), and was one of the highest producers in the company for multiple years. In 2005, he received the CoStar Power Broker Award as one of Columbus’ top-ranked Brokers for Sales Transaction Volume.
In 2009, Patrick joined Hplex Solutions in Ohio, which specializes in medical real estate consulting, construction, project management, and owner representation. His major responsibilities at Hplex Solutions included strategic planning, development, consulting, and real estate negotiations for hospital systems and large physician group clients across the country.
Patrick joined Zelnik Realty in 2021 after serving six years as the Vice President of Development for The Sanders Trust, a leader in the medical development and investment arena headquartered in Birmingham, AL. He played a key role in the acquisition and development of numerous Class A healthcare real estate assets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Dayton in Ohio. Patrick is an avid Golfer and boater and loves both water and snow sports. Shelby is his beloved Chiweenie.
