(Houston, July 2024) The TICI Group of Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of N. Patrick Dwyer as Executive Managing Director, Healthcare Real Estate Advisory and Managing Director, Capital Markets.
With over two decades of commercial real estate expertise, he has held positions at several prominent firms, including NAI Ohio Equities, Hplex Solutions, and Zelnik Realty, Ltd. in Columbus Ohio, as well as The Sanders Trust in Birmingham, Alabama – many of which specialize in healthcare real estate development and investment transactions.
At the TICI Group of Companies, his primary duties will be to grow the firm’s national platform providing investment and healthcare real estate transaction and advisory services to investors, owners, developers, and lenders. Based in Columbus, Ohio, he holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing with concentrations in real estate and finance from the University of Dayton.
